My service is completely free for you. I get paid by the property manager once you move in and sign the lease.
What I'll do is send you a list of homes based on your criteria. When you find one you like, I'll guide you through the application process. Most applications will ask if you were helped by an agent — that's where you'd put my name, and that's how I get paid.
